Who we are

What this website collects
This website does not use accounts, advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and it does not store your enquiries on a server.
- Enquiry forms. When you complete an enquiry form, your details are used in your own browser to prepare an email in your email app. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send that email.
- Emails and calls. When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, dates and requirements.
- Maps. The map on our contact page only loads if you press “Show map”. It is provided by Google, and Google’s privacy policy applies to it. Directions links open Google Maps.
- Technical logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to reply to your enquiry, arrange your stay, meal or event, and keep the records we need to run the lodge. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, in line with applicable data protection law in Zimbabwe. Email pamugodoenquiries@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles personal information, for example by adding an online booking system, we will update this page and the date above.
